In deiner Funktion als Application Manager bist du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestandskunden und berätst sie hinsichtlich der Optimierung von Prozessabläufen im bestehenden ERP-System. Unterstütze unser Team beim anspruchsvollen Ausbau des Application Managements für ERP-Systeme.

Im Detail übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

  • Hauptansprechpartner für produktbezogene Anfragen und Aufbau sowie Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle.
  • Identifikation und Lösung von Kundenanfragen, indem du Probleme analysierst, Informationen recherchierst und in Zusammenarbeit mit Anbietern oder Teamkollegen Lösungen entwickelst.
  • Bereitstellung von umfassendem Support für komplexe Anwendungen bei Problemen, die im Ticketing-System erfasst sind.
  • Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • Durchführung von Gap-Analysen zwischen den Anforderungen der Kunden und der Funktionalität von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) bzw. Business Central (Navision) sowie Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen.

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX) oder Business Central (Navision). Zusätzliche Schulungen in diesem Bereich werden angeboten.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle sowie gute Kenntnisse der Supportprozesse für Geschäfts- und Kundenanwendungen.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Ein Studienabschluss (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master) oder eine technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Kundensupport oder in der ERP-Beratung ist vorteilhaft.
