Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen Application Service Specialist, der sich in die Welt der Payment-Technologie einbringen möchte.

Als Teil unseres internationalen Teams in Aachen werden Sie sich auf die Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und den Betrieb von Service- und Betriebsleistungen in unseren Rechenzentren in Deutschland, Belgien und Frankreich konzentrieren.

Tägliche Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Deployment, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Applikationen auf unseren hochverfügbaren Systemumgebungen
  • Fehleranalyse und Support
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden
  • Mitwirkung in der Koordination von Patch- und Releasemanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei den Betriebsprozessen nach ITIL
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hoch-/Fachhochschulstudium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften o.ä. oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
  • Text- und verhandlungssicher in der deutschen Sprache, Englisch auf hohem technischen Niveau
  • Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfreudig und arbeitet gerne mit Kunden und Kollegen zusammen
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Konfiguration und im Deployment auf Linux-Umgebungen
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Systemarchitektur, Betrieb und Service Management
