Position: Sales Management Internship at Lidl

We are seeking a driven individual to become part of our team as a Sales Management Intern at Lidl. This position offers an excellent opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge about the role of a sales manager within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales manager in supervising 4-6 retail locations and managing a workforce of up to 100 personnel
  • Gain insights into our operational strategies, including the execution of store concepts and the evaluation of essential performance metrics
  • Engage in activities related to workforce planning and leadership development
  • Opportunity to undertake a 4-week voluntary internship to delve deeper into our sales division
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a University or College program, ideally in Business Administration
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the retail sector
  • Possess analytical skills, effective communication capabilities, and a collaborative mindset
