Stellenbeschreibung

Hauptaufgaben:

Der/Die Laborassistent/in ist verantwortlich für die Organisation und Verwaltung der Schulungsressourcen sowie die Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Protokolle für die Nutzung von Trainingsmodellen. Zu den Aufgaben gehören:

  • Koordination der Nutzung der Schulungsräume und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der Technologien für Trainings und Fortbildungen.
  • Bestellung, Pflege und Organisation von medizinischen Geräten und Zubehör.
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Laborunterlagen und Ablagesystemen.
  • Planung und Verwaltung von Schulungskalendern.
  • Koordination der Raumzuweisungen für Schulungen.
  • Verwaltung von Leihgeräten in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen.
  • Versand und Empfang von Trainingsmaterialien und Geräten.
  • Durchführung der täglichen Reinigung und Wartung der Geräte und Instrumente.
  • Vorbereitung der Schulungsräume und Instrumententische für bevorstehende Trainings.
  • Planung der routinemäßigen Wartung von Laborgeräten.
  • Fehlerbehebung bei technischen Problemen und Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienst.
  • Transport und Einrichtung der Technologien für Schulungsveranstaltungen.

Qualifikationen:

Wir suchen eine/n Kandidaten/in mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abschluss als Labortechniker/in oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich der medizinischen Terminologie und der damit verbundenen Prozesse sind von Vorteil.
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu reisen.
  • Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen.

Arbeitsbedingungen:

Die Position erfordert die Fähigkeit, bis zu 25 kg zu heben und zu bewegen.
