Hauptaufgaben:
Der/die Laborassistent/in spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Organisation und Verwaltung der Schulungsressourcen. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:
- Koordination der Nutzung der Schulungsräume und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Technologien für Schulungen und Programme.
- Bestellung und Pflege von Geräten und Materialien, die für Schulungszwecke benötigt werden.
- Organisation und Verwaltung von Laborunterlagen und Ablagesystemen.
- Verwaltung der Schulungskalender und Koordination der Raumzuweisungen für Trainer.
- Verantwortung für die Reinigung und Instandhaltung der Schulungsräume sowie der verwendeten Instrumente.
- Planung und Durchführung der routinemäßigen Wartung von Laborgeräten.
- Fehlerbehebung bei technischen Problemen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundendienst.
- Transport und Einrichtung von Technologien für Schulungsveranstaltungen.
Anforderungen:
Notwendige Qualifikationen:
- Abschluss als Labortechniker/in oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten.
- Kenntnisse der medizinischen Terminologie und der Abläufe im Operationssaal sind von Vorteil.
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Reisen, wenn erforderlich.
- Beherrschung der MS-Office-Anwendungen.
Arbeitsbedingungen:
Die Fähigkeit, Lasten bis zu 25 kg zu heben, ist erforderlich.
