Project Monitor for PWOs

IDS International is seeking a skilled professional to support the "Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community." The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering and receiving site construction materials and maintaining accountability of all received materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical facilities management studies, estimates, and bill of materials to support facilities maintenance and infrastructure.
  • Advise senior management on code-compliant design policy for effective decision-making regarding maintenance strategies, issues, and optimal approaches to achieve customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
  • Monitor functional area performance and ensure compliance with applicable codes, operations policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with various functional areas to provide design and planning guidance for supporting project planning requirements.
  • Review and develop scope of work documents, compile data, and write technical reports for existing/potential engineering studies and projects.

Requirements:

  • Engineer Technician degree, Host Nation Meister Certificate, or Foreign Country Equivalent.
  • Documented five (5) years of experience in Project Monitoring of repair, maintenance, alteration, and construction of buildings, structures, and equipment.
  • English and German at level 4 proficiency.
