Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Marketplace Product Manager, you will oversee digital solutions for product data onboarding for marketplace sellers, as well as the retail media platform for marketing campaign bookings by our partners.
  • You will lead your product team in collaboration with the Tech Lead, inspiring them with your innovative concepts.
  • As a visionary with a customer-centric approach, you will ensure that business objectives are met through your product in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Through targeted communication, you will engage relevant internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with them on solution development.
  • Additionally, you will cultivate strong relationships with your product's customers and collaboratively explore various solution options through prototyping.
Your Profile:
  • A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on IT.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Product Owner in product-oriented software development.
  • Experience in developing a B2C marketplace, with knowledge of retail media or similar areas.
  • Innovative mindset - you will create the product vision and enhance the seller experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and solid data comprehension.
  • Methodological skills - proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and OKRs, along with excellent English and German language skills.
