About the Role
Calyptus is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our core blockchain client, smart contracting language, and SDKs. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategic product decisions and work closely with engineering, DevRel, growth, edge, and ecosystem teams to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for our Rollup OS core code, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Drive user and product-oriented thinking throughout the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, DevRel, and ecosystem teams.
- Own the success of our core product, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of success.
- Experience as a Director of Product or higher at a smaller organization, or as a Group Product Manager or higher at a larger organization.
- Empathy and firsthand experience of what developers need from highly available, mission-critical applications, release cycles, etc.
- Successful product launches and management experience, with a focus on serving developers.
- Ability to build immediate respect with engineers and drive change within an organization, up to the C-Suite.
- Significant experience with Web3 or Crypto is a plus.
