About the Role
Nexperia, a world-class leader in semiconductor development and in-house production, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our expanding global marketing team. As a key member of our Business Group MOS, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with EMEA Sales & Marketing teams, Distributors & Sales Reps to grow Business Group MOS sales in the EMEA region.
- Develop and execute regional sales & design-win targets.
- Be the voice of the Business Group within the EMEA region, providing expert guidance on strategies and product groups.
- Manage a small team of Product Application Engineers to provide best-in-class support to customers.
- Identify and anticipate customer requirements, consolidating feedback into BG Product Management.
- Organize and lead marketing campaigns to push selected portfolios into the market.
- Work with Commercial Marketing to provide pricing intelligence and optimize margin opportunities.
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in a similar position and environment.
- In-depth experience in a customer-facing role related to power electronics products & applications.
- Business driver with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams.
