Project Manager: Owner Representation for Large Projects in Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Manager: Owner Representation for Large Projects in Part-Time. In this central function, you will be responsible for the development and management of large projects in the role of owner representation with direct reporting line to the department leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anforderungs- und Stakeholdermanagement: Consolidate stakeholder requirements in accordance with economic, qualitative, and temporal criteria and advise internal and external customers on the definition and concretization of their requirements.
  • Konzeption und Planung von Entwicklungsprojekten: Conceptualize complex large projects and manage the demand planning together with the team.
  • Projektbegleitung: Accompany the successful implementation of our projects in close cooperation with our subsidiary MUCreal and all affected departments of the company/Flughafen München GmbH.
  • Beratung und Konzeptentwicklung: Advise on the further development of existing objects and areas and develop innovative space and building concepts taking into account strategic interconnections.
  • Reporting und Qualitätskontrolle: Be responsible for reporting ongoing measures, maintain control over deadlines, costs, and quality, and ensure compliance with all specifications in the business field.
Requirements
  • You have a scientific degree in the field of Business Administration or Real Estate Management, Architecture, or a degree in Engineering and bring relevant, multi-year professional and practical experience in the field of Real Estate Management.
  • You have already demonstrated your project management skills in complex projects.
  • You consistently act safely in dealing with internal and external customers, act customer-oriented, and possess extensive negotiation skills.
  • You pursue a strategic, cross-departmental approach and are also valued for your implementation strength.
  • You know the advantages of close teamwork and promote a continuous exchange among colleagues with the goal of achieving optimal results.
  • You are proficient in the common MS Office products and have already worked with ELO, OIS, and VISMAN.
  • And finally, you can demonstrate verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse and are willing to undergo a legally required reliability check.
