About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Project Manager to join our Project Management Office at Large Space Structures GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk management plans, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Perform risk management to identify and mitigate potential risks, and track project performance.
  • Manage engineering changes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience in Project Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
