About the Role:

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of national and international transactions in the area of company acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of company valuations according to recognized and customary valuation methods (DCF / Multiples)
  • Support in the preparation of decision documents for management
  • Collaborate in the implementation of screening projects
  • Contribute to portfolio, key figure, market, and competition analyses

Requirements:

  • Degree in economics, law, engineering, or natural sciences (4th semester or higher)
  • First practical experience, e.g., in industry, management consultancy, or investment bank
  • Interest in financial issues
  • Sound analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Independent, responsible working style combined with very good English skills
