Join Our Team as a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern

Be part of a dynamic team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics and contribute to the company's growth by working on exciting national and international acquisitions. As a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of transactions, conducting market and company analyses, and preparing decision documents for management.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the implementation of national and international transactions in the area of company acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
  • Support in the implementation of company valuations according to recognized and customary valuation methods.
  • Prepare decision documents for management.
  • Collaborate in the implementation of screening projects.
  • Active cooperation in portfolio, key figure, market, and competition analyses.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in economics, law, engineering, or natural sciences (4th semester or higher).
  • First practical experience, e.g., in the context of internships in industry, management consultancy, or investment bank.
  • Interest in financial issues.
  • Sound analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Independent, responsible working style combined with very good English skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
