Strategic Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team at Medicover. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Diagnostics Division's international strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement international market analyses to identify diagnostics trends and innovations
  • Design and execute business plans for new ideas and opportunities
  • Manage key strategic initiatives and projects
  • Conduct strategy workshops with business unit leaders and senior stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations for Medicover's executive team and supervisory board
  • Develop business cases as a basis for decision-making
  • Coordinate and support post-merger integration for selected deals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a health-related scientific field with extensive training in business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in strategy development and project management from positions within corporates, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Exposure to the healthcare/life science industry via project or previous positions
  • Knowledge of M&A processes and post-merger integrations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Highly solution-oriented and proactive approach
  • Reliable and analytical mindset with a strong commitment to delivering results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in common Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness to travel occasionally in Germany and potentially across Central and Eastern Europe
