Um unser Outbound Sales-Team in Deutschland weiter zu stärken, suchen wir einen erfahrenen Teamleiter (m/w/d). Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung für 10-30 Mitarbeiter
- Durchführung von Feedback- und Mitarbeitergesprächen, Teammeetings und Produktschulungen
- KPI-basierte Analysen
- Operative Unterstützung des Teams in der Kommunikation mit den Auftraggebern
- Planung und aktive Kommunikation von Zielsetzungen sowie Motivation des Teams
- 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Outbound Callcenter, idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb von digitalen Produkten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Leistungs- und umsatzorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Die Fähigkeit, ein Team anzuleiten und weiterzuentwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
