Controlling Expert in Business Analysis

We are seeking a dedicated Controlling Expert to enhance our financial oversight and analytical capabilities. This role involves a comprehensive approach to monitoring and evaluating financial performance across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitating the assessment of actual performance against planned objectives and conducting department-specific control activities.
- Developing standardized reports and conducting on-demand business analyses for all divisions within the organization.
- Contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of our financial controlling systems.
- Preparing and presenting relevant data and analyses tailored to meet the needs of internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Executing special projects and tasks as assigned within the scope of your responsibilities.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying.
- Several years of experience in an analytical role within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Decision Support Systems (DSS).
- Excellent communication abilities.
