Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Controlling Expert** to enhance our financial oversight and analysis capabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting and departmental evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the assessment of actual performance against planned metrics and executing department-specific control measures.
  • Developing standardized reports and conducting ad hoc financial analyses across all divisions.
  • Contributing to the upkeep and advancement of our financial controlling systems.
  • Preparing pertinent data and analyses customized for internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Executing special projects as assigned within the scope of responsibilities.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • A degree in **Business Administration** or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in **SQL** for data querying.
  • Several years of experience as an analyst within the **insurance industry**.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in **MS Office**, particularly **Excel**.
  • Familiarity with **Decision Support Systems (DSS)**.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
