About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at 0004 DXC Technology Deutschland GmbH. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the public sector by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients in developing projects that bridge the gap between requirements and implementation
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including identification of improvement opportunities and user stories
  • Analyze business processes and identify connections and solutions for complex issues
  • Review and evaluate requirements, plan releases, and coordinate with development and testing teams
  • Manage documentation to capture and manage relevant information and decisions
Requirements
  • Experience in business analysis for software products and knowledge of the software development process
  • Fluent German and good English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Experience in requirements analysis and process modeling using BPMN (at least 2 years) and experience with UML diagrams such as use case diagrams and class diagrams to describe system requirements and functions
  • Experience with tools such as HP ALM, Jira, Confluence, and Intland Codebeamer for supporting requirements management
  • Experience in implementing and managing Kanban boards for visualizing workflows and prioritizing tasks
