You will lead an exciting innovation project that intersects various Lufthansa divisions, focusing on ground operations and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects in the Travel & Mobility Tech sector from conception to successful execution, ensuring accountability for outcomes and adherence to goals.
- Develop, implement, and oversee digital products through effective product management.
- Lead small, cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of independence and innovation.
- Coordinate remote teams, including product development and design specialists.
- Track and achieve project-specific KPIs and milestones.
- Establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including distribution and media channels.
- Engage in business development activities with both internal (Lufthansa Group) and external partners.
- Facilitate systematic knowledge transfer within LIH and the broader Lufthansa Group organization.
Candidate Profile:
- A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a digital environment.
- Proven track record in building and scaling new products or services into successful enterprises.
- A strong interest in growth startups and the travel and mobility sectors.
- Solid understanding of digital business models, technologies, and the tech ecosystem.
- Strong business acumen, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with robust project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a startup co-founder or similar role.
- Background in corporate innovation, either directly or through management consultancy.
- Familiarity with the travel or mobility industries.
- An MBA is advantageous.
- Fluency in German is a plus.
