Transforming Transportation with Siemens Mobility
Siemens Mobility is a pioneer in the field of mobility, shaping the future of transportation with innovative solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled System Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of railway signalling technology in the international mainline railway sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Define the signalling and communication system concept, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Analyse tenders, clarify technical and operational requirements, and document the system concept.
- Coordinate with suppliers and specialist departments to define technical interfaces and ensure compatibility.
- Prepare customer-specific technical tender documentation and assess technical risks before implementation.
Your Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or information science.
- Have many years of professional experience as a System Manager for highly complex projects in railway automation.
- Understand how to integrate technical and non-technical stakeholders in a complex system architecture.
- Have intercultural experience and enthusiasm for working in an international team.
- Have very good English language skills and a willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15%).
