About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at VDM Metals GmbH. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies

  • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions

  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

  • Provide support to the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify areas for improvement

  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate business insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
