Mechanical Engineer Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer Trainee to join our team at VDM Metals GmbH. As a Mechanical Engineer Trainee, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex machinery and equipment.

• Installation and commissioning of automated production and manufacturing systems
• Operation and maintenance of complex machinery and equipment
• Performance of functional tests and quality control
• Collection and analysis of measurement and operational data
• Programming and setup of computer-controlled machines and systems

• Assistance in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies
• Participation in the optimization of production processes and workflows
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
