Project Setup Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Setup Manager to join our global finance team in Germany. As a central point of contact for project accounting, you will be responsible for monitoring, invoicing, and billing our customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish client master data in SAP/Frontend-Tool
  • Review projects for cost completeness and ensure timely billing
  • Handle the release of invoices & credit notes
  • Ensure compliance of invoices with local law in Germany
  • Ensure compliance of invoices for foreign markets according to the countries' requests
  • Data Maintenance in SAP
  • Provide training to other peer groups

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Quick comprehension skills and high-quality standards
  • Excellent self-organization and team skills
  • High-level communication skills in written and spoken business English and German
  • Proficient in handling numbers and data
