Project Accounting Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Project Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team and contribute to our global success.

As the central point of contact for project accounting inquiries, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate invoicing and billing for our diverse customer projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing client master data within SAP and our frontend tool.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of projects to ensure cost completeness and timely billing.
  • Handling the release of invoices and credit notes with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensuring compliance of invoices with German law and adhering to specific requirements for foreign markets.
  • Maintaining accurate data within SAP systems.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all project setup and invoicing inquiries within the group.
  • Providing comprehensive training to colleagues across various departments.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent comprehension abilities and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong self-organization, teamwork, and communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and German.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is highly advantageous.
