Job Description

We are looking for a Trainee Transaction Services / M&A (Buy-Side) (m/w/d) to join our team. As a Trainee, you will be part of our international Deal Service Program and will have the opportunity to work on various projects in the field of Transaction Services and M&A (Buy-Side).

Responsibilities
  • Active participation in Financial Due Diligence and Vendor Assistance projects
  • Analysis of financial data and presentation of analysis results
  • Contribution to the creation of FDD reports and Financial Factbooks
  • Research and analysis of company, industry, and market information, including current and potential investment fields and target companies
  • Creation of decision-making documents for investments, including long lists, industry overviews, and detailed company analyses
  • Participation in the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of companies
  • Participation in client meetings, including preparation and follow-up
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Corporate Finance
  • Previous practical experience in investment banks, auditing firms, and/or management consultancies
  • High analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Reliability, engagement, initiative, teamwork, and conceptual strength
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in approaching people to win them over
  • Proficiency in MS Office and German and English language skills
