Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions to lead our M&A projects and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in transaction management, strategic analysis, and financial assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage M&A projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, targets, and external partners
  • Manage due diligence, negotiations, and transaction documentation
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure timely involvement and progress updates
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partners
Requirements
  • University degree in economics, finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong knowledge of strategic analysis, financial assessment, and valuation
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Initiative, assertiveness, and a results-oriented approach
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
