The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized student to support our Support Experience and Innovation Office. As an Assistant to our senior managers, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting internal meetings, communications, and calendar management
  • Managing office materials and supplies
  • Carrying out operational and project tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Business, or Informatics
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English
  • Soft skills: Structured, reliable, creative team player, good communication skills
