Your Role in the Organization

You will oversee the comprehensive management of all project-related tasks throughout the phases of planning, procurement, production, site assembly, and system commissioning, ensuring close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. You will guide a skilled project team towards achieving project objectives. You will convene and facilitate all project meetings to ensure alignment and progress. You will manage claims and negotiations with both clients and subcontractors. You will document key milestones and take full accountability for project costs, timelines, and quality standards. You will respond to changes in project targets and budgets, intervening as necessary to maintain control over any deviations. You will provide regular updates on project progress to division and executive management.

Your Qualifications

You possess a technical background or a degree in mechanical engineering or automation technology. You have accumulated several years of experience in project management, ideally within the logistics sector. You demonstrate strong organizational and negotiation capabilities, effective communication skills, and a results-oriented approach combined with assertiveness. You are proficient in MS Office applications (including MS Project) and possess solid CAD skills. You have an excellent command of both written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus. You are open to significant travel as part of your role.
