Project Coordinator

Your Role in the Organization
You will independently manage all project-related activities throughout the phases of planning, procurement, production, site assembly, and system commissioning, ensuring close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. You will guide a skilled project team towards successful outcomes. You will convene and facilitate all project meetings, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking. You will oversee claim management, addressing issues with clients and subcontractors as they arise. You will document key milestones and take full accountability for project costs, timelines, and quality standards. You will respond proactively to changes in project objectives and budget constraints, intervening as necessary to maintain control. You will provide regular updates on project progress to both division and executive management.Your Qualifications
You possess a technical background or a degree in mechanical engineering or automation technology. You have several years of experience in project management, ideally within the logistics sector. You demonstrate exceptional organizational and negotiation abilities, coupled with strong communication skills and a results-oriented approach. You are proficient in MS Office applications (including MS Project) and have solid CAD capabilities. You have an excellent command of both written and spoken English; proficiency in German is advantageous. You are open to extensive travel as part of your role.Your Advantages
