Your Role in the Organization

You will oversee the autonomous management of all project-related tasks throughout the phases of planning, procurement, production, site assembly, and system commissioning, ensuring close collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies. You will guide a skilled project team. You will convene and facilitate all project meetings. You will manage claims with clients and subcontractors. You will document key milestones and assume full accountability for costs, timelines, and quality standards. You will respond to changes in sub-targets and budgets, intervening as necessary to maintain control in case of discrepancies. You will provide progress reports on the project to division and executive management.

Your Qualifications

You possess a technical background or a degree in mechanical engineering or automation technology. You have several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally within the logistics sector. You demonstrate excellent organizational and negotiation abilities, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented approach combined with assertiveness. You are proficient in MS Office (including MS Project) and possess good CAD skills. You have a strong command of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is advantageous. You are open to traveling frequently.
