About the Role

This Junior Finance Analyst position is based in Siegburg and reports to the regional CFO in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our reporting system, supporting budget and forecast processes, and working closely with the regional management and Group Executive Committee (GEC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve our reporting system, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery
  • Support regional budget and forecast processes by maintaining/updating templates, consolidating data, and running quality checks
  • Analyze current business performance and prepare decision proposals for regional management meetings and GEC
  • Work on selected finance projects, such as FX protection improvements
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of numbers. Relevant university degree in Business Administration or Finance is required, with optional practical experience in the area of Finance/Controlling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven experience in using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Potential experience in SAP FICO, VBA, or Python
  • Business fluent English skills, German and other European languages a plus

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
