**Deine Aufgaben - Was erwartet Dich als Senior Data Scientist (w/m/d)?**
- Du analysierst Produktionsdaten, um Muster, Trends und Korrelationen zu erkennen, die sich auf die Druckfarbenqualität und Produktionseffizienz auswirken.
- Du arbeitest mit deinen Data Science Kollegen (w/m/d) zusammen, um neue geschäftliche Anwendungsfälle zu identifizieren und diese für deine Geschäftsinteressenten zu präsentieren.
- Du präsentierst neue Erkenntnisse vor Führungskräften aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Du entwickelst Vorhersagemodelle, implementierst Prototypen und leitest dein Team bei der Interpretation von Modellergebnissen in einem geschäftlichen Kontext an.
- Du bettest deine datengesteuerten Entscheidungsalgorithmen in den Geschäftsbetrieb ein und verfolgst die Funktionalität zusammen mit deinen Geschäftspartnern, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
- Du arbeitest in einem funktionsübergreifenden agilen Umfeld mit einem internationalen Team.
- Du hältst dich über die neuesten Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Data Science, maschinelles Lernen und Anforderungen auf dem Laufenden.

**Dein Profil - Was bringst Du als Senior Data Scientist (w/m/d) mit?**
- Du verfügst über einen Master
- oder PhD-Abschluss in Physik, Statistik, Ökonometrie, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer verwandten Disziplin.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich mit, idealerweise mindestens 5 Jahre in einem ähnlichen analytischen Kontext mit relevanten Fragestellungen zu Lieferketten, Kundensegmentierung und Produktion.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit in agilen Teams und kannst in einem funktionsübergreifenden Team aus Fachleuten, Ingenieuren und IT-Mitarbeitern (w/m/d) Ergebnisse proaktiv erforschen und kommunizieren, um Business Use Cases zu erstellen.
- Du verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen in SQL, Python sowie gängigen BI-Tools wie Tableau oder Power BI zur Implementierung von Geschäftsberichten und BI-Lösungen.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud
- und On-Premises-Speichersystemen mit (vorzugsweise MS SQL Server, SAP BW und Azure Storage Services).
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Enterprise ERP-Systemen wie SAP ECC/HANA.
- Du verfügst über fortgeschrittene Programmierkenntnisse in Sprachen wie Python und R, insbesondere im Bereich KI/ML-Entwicklung.
- Du bist vertraut mit Best Practices bei der Extraktion, dem Laden und der Umwandlung von Daten, um die zugrunde liegenden Geschäftsfragen bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
- Du bist in der Lage, die Ergebnisse potenzieller Prozessoptimierungsszenarien zu analysieren und zu kommunizieren.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und vorzugsweise auch Deutsch.
