IT Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our Corporate IT Services team at TDK Electronics. As an IT Security Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our IT security strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Security Consulting: Provide expert advice on IT security to various teams and administrators, ensuring that our systems and services meet the highest security standards.
- Threat Monitoring: Continuously monitor the threat landscape and initiate countermeasures to protect our systems and data.
- Security Solutions: Design, implement, and optimize IT security systems and processes to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
- Incident Response: Support in incident response processes, ensuring that our systems and data are protected in the event of a security breach.
- Security Awareness: Contribute to the continuous improvement of security solutions and promote a culture of security awareness within the organization.
- Education and Experience: Degree in IT or related field with at least 3 years of experience in IT security.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of network infrastructures, Windows systems, and IT security systems, as well as experience with project management, access management, EDR, and AD environment hardening.
- Soft Skills: Structured work approach, analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills, with a strong interest in new technologies and a willingness to learn.
