Position Overview

As a key player in our HR processes at the facility, you will ensure seamless service operations.
Your Role:
You will leverage your extensive HR expertise in processes and services to guarantee an exceptional employee experience. Your responsibilities will include recruiting production staff at the facility and serving as the go-to person for all HR-related inquiries. You will champion the standardization and simplification of processes, ensuring that standard operating procedures and data protection measures align with Mondelēz International's policies and legal regulations. Additionally, you will analyze and report exceptions, providing recommendations for process enhancements.
What You Need to Bring:
A desire to invest in your future and accelerate your career. Your experience and knowledge should include:
- Proficiency in HR
- Experience in a shared services environment
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to influence others
- Process design and documentation experience, along with the ability to capture business requirements
- Fluent in both German and English
- Effective communication skills, social competence, and initiative
