Position Overview

As a key player in our HR processes at the plant, you will support seamless service operations.

Your Contribution?

You will leverage your extensive HR expertise in processes and services to ensure an exceptional employee experience. You will be responsible for recruiting production staff at the facility and serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries. You will drive the standardization and simplification of processes. Additionally, you will ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection measures align with Mondelēz International's policies and legal regulations, analyze and report exceptions, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

What You Need to Bring?

A desire to invest in your future and accelerate your career. Your experience and knowledge should include:

Proficiency in HR Experience in a shared services environment Strong teamwork skills and the ability to influence others Process design and mapping, along with experience in capturing business requirements Fluent in both German and English Effective communication skills, social competence, and self-initiative
