Position Overview

As a specialist in HR processes at our facility, you will support seamless service operations.
Your Contribution
You will leverage your extensive HR expertise in processes and services to ensure an exceptional employee experience. Your responsibilities will include recruiting production staff at the facility and serving as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries. You will drive the standardization and simplification of processes, ensuring that standard operating procedures and data protection measures align with Mondelēz International's policies and legal regulations. Additionally, you will analyze and report exceptions, providing recommendations for process enhancements.
What You Need to Bring
A desire to invest in your future and accelerate your career. Your experience and knowledge should include:
- Proficiency in HR
- Experience in a shared services organization
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to influence others
- Process design and documentation, along with experience in capturing business requirements
- Fluent in both German and English
- Effective communication skills, social competence, and initiative
