Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs of technical equipment
- Oversee the upkeep and installation of power distribution networks
- Manage maintenance of elevator and emergency power systems
- Install and maintain various electrical installations
- Diagnose and repair issues within designated responsibilities
- Monitor the overall condition of the facility
- Carry out inspections as required
- Perform DGUV V3 compliance tests
Candidate Profile:
- Completed vocational training in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Preferred experience in the electrical sector
- Familiarity with electrical standards (VDE)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in German is essential
- Valid driver's license class B and local residency
- Willingness to participate in standby duties
