Job Title: Quality Control Cleaner

We are seeking a Quality Control Cleaner to contribute to our team at Sedulus, a leading recruitment agency specializing in connecting top talents with premium job opportunities in various industries and locations. As a Quality Control Cleaner, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of rooms and floors, reporting any issues to the maintenance team, interacting with guests, and collaborating with hotel staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality control checks on cleaning activities to ensure high standards are met
  • Address any problems or damages to the maintenance team in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to maintain cleanliness standards
  • Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with hotel personnel to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Room Cleaner or Checker is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in German (A2-B1) and English (A2-B1) is required
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
