Als (Senior) Vertriebsmanager (m/w/d) bei MYNE Homes - DFW Verwaltungs GmbH spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenstamms und begleiten Interessenten durch den gesamten Verkaufsprozess.
Ihre Aufgaben- Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Verkauf von Anteilen an Ferienimmobilien in Europa.
- Beratung von Interessenten zu Co-Ownership-Modellen und passenden Ferienimmobilien.
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Beratungsgesprächen sowie Unterstützung der Kunden während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses.
- Zusammenarbeit mit einem engagierten Inside Sales Team, das Sie in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen unterstützt.
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern und dem Head of Sales zur Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien und -prozessen.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Immobilienwirtschaft oder Kommunikation.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2C/B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Immobilien- oder SaaS-Bereich.
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Selbstständigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Motivation und Durchhaltevermögen.
- Interesse an Immobilien, Reisen und Inneneinrichtung.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; eine weitere europäische Sprache ist von Vorteil.
