Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Account Manager - E-commerce Specialist** to join our dynamic team at home24 SE. As a key member of our marketplace team, you will be responsible for supporting the setup and development of account management within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of seller accounts to help them navigate and grow on our platform, ensuring their catalogs are up-to-date and promoting offers through various marketing channels.
  • Data Analysis: Track key marketplace KPIs, develop insights from data analysis, and create plans for improvement to drive business growth.
  • Communication: Manage communication with external partners throughout all stages of the process, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Content Creation: Develop educational content and contribute to seller educational sessions to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or vocational training with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Experience: Strong interest in e-commerce and some related experience.
  • Skills: Data-driven with analytical skills, ability to create and understand reports and KPIs, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus).
