We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Professorship in Chemistry Didactics at Philipps-Universität Marburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching chemistry didactics, including modules on school internships, and will contribute to the development of subject didactics in the STEM subjects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach chemistry didactics, including modules on school internships
  • Contribute to the development of subject didactics in the STEM subjects
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teaching and research development in the STEM subjects
  • Engage in didactic research related to scientific reasoning or scientific literacy
Requirements
  • Completed teaching degree with a focus on chemistry
  • Doctorate with a focus on subject didactics
  • Experience in the successful acquisition of third-party funds
  • Highly qualified, internationally visible scientist with initial outstanding scientific achievements
