Customer Service Operations Planner

The MEIKO Deutschland GmbH, the German sales and service division of the globally recognized MEIKO Group, is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and organizing customer orders efficiently
- Coordinating service technicians for repairs, maintenance, and installations, while considering urgency, location, qualifications, and cost-effectiveness
- Managing follow-up orders in collaboration with logistics, ensuring spare parts requirements are met
- Serving as the primary contact for customers
- Acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians
- Maintaining customer, contract, and machine master data within the ERP system
- Completed technical or commercial training
- Technical acumen and genuine interest in the field
- Experience in customer service or operational planning is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
- Familiarity with personnel scheduling software, preferably SAP FSM
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Passion for customer interaction
- Strong service orientation and teamwork capabilities are crucial
