Wir suchen eine engagierte Person, die sich für die Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung interessiert.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Arbeiten
  • Koordinierung von Terminen, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Korrespondenzen in Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben, die die reibungslose und zügige Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams ermöglichen
  • Unterstützung bei der Postein- und -ausgangsverwaltung und der Reiseorganisation
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und internen Bereichen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder touristische Ausbildung, im Idealfall als Europasekretär/-in oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Fähigkeit, sich schnell an neue Situationen anzupassen
  • Hohe Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch ist ein Plus
