Wir suchen eine engagierte Person, die sich für die Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung interessiert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist für die Entlastung der Geschäftsführung bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Arbeiten zuständig

  • Du koordinierst Termine, die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und kümmerst dich um Korrespondenzen in Deutsch, Englisch und gerne auch in Französisch

  • Du sorgst dafür, dass Informationen reibungslos und zügig fließen

  • Du kümmerst Dich um den Postein- und ausgang und die Reiseorganisation

  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und internen Bereichen

Dein Profil

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder touristische Ausbildung, im Idealfall als Europasekretär/-in oder ein vergleichbares Studium

  • Du bist ein verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer und lässt Dich durch nichts aus der Ruhe bringen und bist flexibel

  • Deine Performance im Office Paket ist genauso gut wie Dein freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten

  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - über Französisch freuen wir uns ganz besonders
