About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations & Service team as a Waste Management Team Member in the garden center of Europa-Park Resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness in our extensive park areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Properly dispose of waste and recyclables, adhering to our environmental policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance on paths and squares, ensuring they are safe and accessible.
Requirements
  • Class B driver's license (sweeper/electric cart) is required.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
  • Proficiency in German, English, or French is necessary for effective communication with colleagues and guests.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
