Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative - DACH Region, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sales pipeline and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and Qualifying New Customers: Identify and engage with potential customers, gathering information about their industry and sales processes to build a strong pipeline.
  • Conducting Value-Adding Conversations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to new customers, highlighting the benefits of our solution and differentiating it from the competition.
  • Managing Inbound Leads and Outbound Outreach: Work with inbound leads who have shown interest in our products and conduct outbound outreach via phone, mail, or digital channels to introduce them to Instagrid and our solutions.
  • Preparing Large Accounts for Meetings: Collaborate with Key Account Managers to prepare large accounts for meetings and digitally close smaller accounts.
  • Improving Sales Scripts and Performance: Continuously analyze and improve sales scripts, using digital tools and data to optimize performance and drive results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or in a similar role.
  • Proven success with sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present on-spot.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
