Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our DACH region team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Qualifying: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and materials.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales metrics and data to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven success in sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
