Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Qualifying: Identify and qualify new business leads, conduct research on potential customers, and develop a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
  • Value-Added Conversations: Engage in compelling and informative conversations with new customers to understand their requirements and showcase the benefits of Instagrid's solutions.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads, nurture existing relationships, and drive sales conversions.
  • Account Management: Collaborate with Key Account Managers to prepare large accounts for meetings and digitally close smaller accounts.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Utilize data-driven insights to analyze and improve sales performance, refine sales scripts, and optimize the use of digital tools and conversation intelligence.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales, or in a similar role.
  • Proven success with sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present on-spot.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
