Electrical Service Master

Job Overview:
As an Electrical Service Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of electrical systems at various client sites. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently execute repairs, maintenance, and installations of electrical systems at client locations.
- Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Offer technical guidance and improvement suggestions to clients to enhance system efficiency.
- Prepare cost assessments and service proposals for clients.
- Document all work completed to maintain accurate records.
- Oversee construction sites and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an Electrical Master or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Strong knowledge in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as VDE.
- Valid driving license class B is required.
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
