Electrical Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team at Die Elbmonteure. As an Electrical Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch electrical services to our customers, including repairs, maintenance, and installations of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough fault analysis and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide expert technical advice and optimization recommendations to customers to ensure their electrical systems are running smoothly and safely
  • Create detailed cost estimates and service proposals to meet customer needs
  • Document all work performed to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage construction sites and lead staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an Electrical Master or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in customer service or similar positions, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Extensive knowledge in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including relevant regulations and standards (e.g. VDE)
  • Valid driving license class B required
  • Excellent team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
